Anyone else seen this before? After several hours of working fine, suddenly all of my rosetta instances go <defunct> and no new work occurs (on debian stretch). Same thing is happening on two different machines with the same debian installs.

Nothing untoward in the logs, it's as if everything just stops. I even ran it interactively and nothing comes up;
