Hello!

I went to install BOINC on my FreeNAS box to run R@H and found that to be a pain and thought it'd be easier to run a virtual linux machine to then put BOINC on, and that was also a hassle, but I did it! Anyway, it seems the VM has trouble getting tasks and I'm not sure why? The install is up to date... both the VM and the FreeNAS install. I don't have a lot of RAM so I can only give it one core and 1GB RAM. It did do a couple tasks but isn't seeming to get any more. If anyone could shed some light as to why then I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

I opened the VM in a VNC viewer instead of with SSH and opened the BOINC manager and it seemed it started downloading a task then. Boinc was shown in the htop lists of PIDs before this so I'm not sure why that would be.

Rosetta WUs take up quite a bit of memory when running. I suspect that 1gb is not enough.
