Of 67 task which one of my machines completed recently, 12 show the same error and all my wingmen either did not complete the task in the deadline time window or produced the same error:

I believe it is a faulty setting in the input files.
Quite annoying after running for 28,547.45 seconds on a Threadripper 9000 Pro...

...well, it seems it always happens in an alpha helix at amino acid residue 306.
That is something systematically faulty, which these guys should take a closer look at. To me, it doesn't look like a true computational error (hence, one could grant credits for this - although this is not the reason for why I am reportig this).

You are unlucky, I'm getting less than 10% on the first Windows 11 Pro computer I checked and less than 10% on the first linux computer I checked..

The longer you process a Task for, the more powerful your CPU, then the more likely you are to run into the problem.
