Actually I want to submit some sequences to check the results by rosetta@home. But I do not know how to submit these sequence files. Thanks for your reply, rochester!

to predict structures for sequences you are interested in, you want to use our robetta server, which should be back up in a day or two (it has been down for an upgrade recently)
