The World Community Grid is planning to go inactive for a while to allow it to move to a new location, about mid-January 2009.

Most of the other BOINC projects intended to help medical research I am aware of that are beyond beta test and reachable in English are currently either inactive or less active than before.

The Poem@Home project is still generating workunits reliably, but looks too small to take over all the computers previously connected to World Community Grid.

Does this look like a good opportunity for Rosetta@home to get more participants, at least temporarily?

The more the better! But wait a day or so to invite them as there are little physical problems at the project site that are causing some problems getting work.
They hope to have them resolved tonight (european time).
